Flex: Strategies for Increasing Physical Wellness While Working from Home: Intro to Stretching and Yoga

Learn a series of stretches and gentle exercises to relieve tension and stress that can come from sitting too long in one place. These simple exercises are useful for anyone that needs to take a quick break, regroup, and re-energize to tackle the rest of the daily tasks ahead. This session will also include a beginners yoga session guaranteed to help you feel calm and relaxed as you continue on with your workday. Please wear clothing that is easy to move around in and have your yoga mat accessible (although not required).
