The unique circumstances of teaching during the pandemic have necessitated a creative approach to managing not only our own stress, but also the stress of our students. One strategy that can help manage stress brought on by these circumstances is the practice of mindfulness. This workshop will include a discussion on how to create a mindfulness module, and faculty will be able to share with one another.
