What really works when it comes to de-escalating anxious, hostile, or challenging behavior? How you respond to the behavior is often the key to defusing it. Join us for training on campus de-escalation strategies for use inside and outside of the classroom. This training and our desire to lean on student-centered ways of de-escalation will help you respond to difficult behavior in the safest, most effective way possible.
