Research has consistently shown that a feeling of belonging and connectedness to an academic institution promotes student success. The FLC Caring Campus team will share three simple strategies that will be implemented during the 2022-2023 academic year. We will highlight how we will implement, communicate, and monitor/assess these intentional changes in an effort to promote a more supportive, student-centered campus culture by increasing students’ sense of belonging and connectedness to the staff and college community. We will elaborate on how these simple changes are key to creating a campus environment that supports student success. Please join us to learn more!
Please note: This is a hybrid presentation. You may attend In-Person or Online via Zoom.
