We're Stronger Together: How Tutoring Services and the Reading and Writing Center Can Help You Support Your Students (Flex)

Tutoring Services (including the Math and Science Centers) and the Reading and Writing Center offer a wide variety of programs that help over 1,000 students succeed each semester! Several changes have been made over the past few years in response to AB705, so we can provide as much support as possible to the students affected by that legislation. In addition, with the help of the Title III SIP Grant, we are improving our physical and virtual spaces and have hired a full-time Tutorial Services Assistant (TSA) to support all of our programs and services. Come meet our TSA, Simona Sigartau; hear about the innovative services offered by the Science, Math, and Reading and Writing Centers; and learn about the ways we can help you support your students. There will be opportunities for interaction with your colleagues as well as to ask questions.
