The IT Services Department provides hardware/software installation, maintenance and support for over 1,600 computers located at the Main Folsom campus, El Dorado Center, and Rancho Cordova Center. We support computers for employees, classrooms, and computer labs, as well as providing programming and data analysis. IT staff are also responsible for maintaining the college’s servers, applications and databases, and assisting the LRCCD District Office Technical Services Department with maintaining the network infrastructure.

New User Accounts
Employee accounts are created automatically once paperwork has been processed through Human Resources. Email accounts for faculty and permanent classified employees will automatically be created. Email accounts for temporary classified and student employees can be created upon request by submitting a request through the Security Access Request System (SAS).
Create New Password
Once an account has been activated, a password and security questions must be set for the account.
