Connection exists when people feel seen, heard, and valued; when strength, support, and encouragement is derived from the relationship (Brene Brown). This workshop will provide an opportunity for faculty to gather and reconnect through group discussions and activities. The premise for this workshop is that faculty connection promotes student connection in the classroom and beyond.
