DIG for Equity - Data Inquiry Group for Faculty (Flex)

DIG for Equity is a newer semester-long program for faculty to engage in equity-focused research and bring it into their own practices. With the support of fellow faculty and the office of research, participants work in a collaborative group environment to become aware of equity gaps in their own classrooms, narrow their own research focus, work through causal analysis exercises, plan interventions, share best teaching practices, and build community. Equity data is only visible to the individual faculty. Participants in the Spring 2024 cohort will meet monthly on a Friday for 4 hours with coffee and lunch provided. Participants will be paid a stipend. Join us at this workshop to learn more about this important work, listen as past participants share their experiences, and ask questions.
