Disability Services & Programs for Students (DSPS) offers a variety of programmatic support services and resources to provide equal educational opportunities for students with disabilities (physical, psychological, learning, etc.). Join us for a discussion on strategies to support the success of neurodivergent students in their learning environment and support options for faculty members working with these student populations. Participants will have the opportunity to learn best practices for supporting students with disabilities, brainstorm and collaborate on student scenarios, and become more familiar with faculty support options.

Facilitated by Melonie Quintell and King Xiong

Meets State professional Development Guideline B: Staff development, in-service training, and instructional improvement and Guideline F: Related activities, such as student advising, guidance, orientation, matriculation services, and student, faculty, and staff diversity.
